Billing
How does hourly billing work?
Add credit to your account, then order any server on the hourly cycle. Every hour the server is active, its hourly rate is taken from your credit. If your credit runs out the server is paused until you top up. Cancel at any time and billing stops straight away.
Can I switch from hourly to monthly later?
Yes. Open a ticket and we'll move your server to a monthly or yearly cycle without losing any data.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards through Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your browser supports them. Payments are in USD.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused credit can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled at the end of the current period. See our terms for the details.

How long does setup take?
Most servers are ready within minutes of payment. You'll get an email with your connection details as soon as it's live.
Where are your servers located?
We currently run in Auckland, Sydney and Los Angeles. You choose the location when you order.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes, on every plan at no extra cost.
Game servers
Can I install mods and plugins?
Absolutely. You get full file access to your server, so modpacks, plugins and custom configs are all fair game.
